After the success of our sell-out Wilder.Work Preview Day, we are introducing a framework for business development, leadership, and entrepreneurialism based on closely observed patterns in nature.
These 12 principles, derived from extensive observations of patterns in nature, have proven to be transformative in farming: restoring soil health, natural ecosystems, and fostering the well-being of farmers and communities through access to quality food.
What really interests me about these principles is that when they were published there was outcry that they had been ripped from indigenous cultures who observed an almost identical list. The author had detailed evidence of his observations as his source. It just turns out that the fundamental laws of nature stay the same, regardless of era or continent, and those who watch it observe the same patterns. So it follows – those patterns will exist in you, and your business and these 12-principles will help you work with it creating flow, harmony and rhythm.
Essentially these are 12-design principles that apply to anything on this earth. Their applications go beyond farming. Whether you’re in the medcomms industry, construction, jewelry design, or coaching, these 12 principles can restore our connection to our innate abilities as entrepreneurs and leaders. They serve as a guiding route to tap into a more natural sense of rhythm and focus, shaping the way we build and operate our businesses with alignment and purpose.
On the 11th July we’re doing a one day trial of this concept focussing on Observe and Interact – the very first principle.

These ancient cultures thrived in harmony with nature, and their knowledge offers valuable insights for modern businesses. Acknowledging this transfer of wisdom is essential for grounding ourselves in a meaningful sense of productivity, especially when it often feels like we’re constructing virtual monuments through PowerPoint presentations and emails.
