Introduction to Wilder Work 30th April 2024

Join us for a day of nature discovery, re-wilding and regenerative gastronomy across our East Kent sites.

Learn about the launch of our partnership with a 3,000-acre site connecting a re-wilding landscape in Kent through a series of re-wilding corridors and cores.

Enjoy the spectacle of bluebell-carpeted ancient private woodlands that have been closed to the public since the 1600s.

The 3-course seasonal lunch will include unique foraged dishes. Prepared onsite by our Green Starred Michelin Chef Shane Pearson, and served in the warmth of a poly-tunnel growing the delicious produce on your plate.

After lunch, the Founder of Wilder Work Holly Tennock will interview some of the early clients about the impact the days have made on their team so far.

Before finishing with a foraged canapé and mocktail and transport back to the station.

Timing: 10.30am – 3pm

Start location: Gamekeepers Lodge, XXX

Discover your Leadership Niche
16th May 2024

Join the Wilder.Work team to understand your unique leadership niche through an enriching day in nature.

On the glorious Rebel Farm in Kent, we’ll spend a day together exploring your leadership style through the prism of our natural environment.

Every plant has its own ‘ecological niche’ allowing it to thrive and survive even in the toughest environments. The same principle applies to leaders and aspiring leaders. This enriching day will help you think through your leadership niche: who you are, how you are different, and what you need to allow you to grow with freedom.

This Wilder.Work day will combine:

  • Hands-on exploration of how plants thrive in their specific environments, adapting and flourishing in their unique niches, with renowned ecologist Michael White
  • Uplifting group coaching to apply these ecological principles to your leadership journey, with Caroline Gordon and Holly Tennock
  • A three-course hyper-local seasonal lunch cooked by our Green Michelin-starred chef Shane Pearson and served in an unforgettable natural location

You’ll leave with a renewed sense of purpose, a head full of potential, and a big smile.
